Refund & Cancellation Policy

Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment. Pending or incomplete payments do not guarantee reservation of a slot.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are based on individual venue rules. The recommended standard is:
• Cancelled 24+ hours in advance — Eligible for a full refund
• Cancelled less than 24 hours in advance — No refund
Actual cancellation terms may vary by venue. Please review venue-specific rules before booking.
3. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for:
• Missed bookings (no-shows)
• Late arrivals that result in missed slot time
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
• Processed within 5–10 business days
• Returned via the original payment method
5. Platform Fees
The 6% service commission charged by SportsBook.lk is non-refundable under all circumstances, including in cases of cancellation.
6. Exceptional Refund Cases
A full or partial refund may be granted if:
• The venue becomes unavailable
• A system or double-booking error occurs
• An emergency situation is verified by the platform
7. Dispute Resolution
Users may raise disputes by contacting our support team. All disputes will receive a response within 48 hours.
