Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the SportsBook.lk platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users including players, venue owners, and any other persons who access the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings.

• By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• SportsBook.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must notify us immediately at support@sportsbook.lk if you suspect unauthorised account access.

• Sharing accounts between multiple users is not permitted.

• A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment processing.

• Pending or incomplete payments do not guarantee reservation of a slot.

• Confirmed bookings are binding on both the user and the venue.

• Availability is subject to change until a booking is fully confirmed and paid.

• SportsBook.lk acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not own or operate any of the listed venues.

• All payments are processed securely through the platform's payment gateway.

• A 6% service commission is applied to every booking. This fee is non-refundable.

• Prices displayed are inclusive of all platform charges unless stated otherwise.

• SportsBook.lk does not store full payment card details on its servers.

• Off-platform payments directly to venues are strictly prohibited and not covered by our protections.

• Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the booking are eligible for a refund, subject to venue policy.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are generally non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

• The 6% platform commission is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Users must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

• Make fraudulent bookings or manipulate availability.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten venue staff or other users.

• Attempt to bypass platform payment systems.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the platform.

• Post false reviews or misleading information.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

• Venues listed on SportsBook.lk are independently owned and operated.

• SportsBook.lk does not guarantee the quality, safety, or condition of any venue.

• Any disputes regarding venue conditions or service quality must be raised directly with the venue and/or through our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsBook.lk shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, accident, or death occurring at a venue.

• Loss or damage to personal property at a venue.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss.

Your use of SportsBook.lk and participation in any booked activity is entirely at your own risk.

• All content on SportsBook.lk — including logos, design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of SportsBook.lk.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

• Venue names, logos, and images displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners.

Your use of SportsBook.lk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• SportsBook.lk may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, SMS providers, and mapping services.

• We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services.

• Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement by SportsBook.lk.

• SportsBook.lk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• SportsBook.lk may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support@sportsbook.lk.

• Upon termination, any outstanding bookings will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

In the event of any dispute arising from use of the platform:

• Contact our support team at support@sportsbook.lk within 30 days of the incident.

• We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the matter in good faith.

• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of Sri Lanka.
